Excellent location for manufacturing activities
The industrial complex consists of an office building with two auxiliary buildings for manufac- turing activities. The office building with basement, ground floor and two further floors has a total area of 3,023 m2 and the accompanying land measures 1,752 m2. In the basement there are auxiliary spaces for manufacturing activities, on the ground floor there is a production hall with a 6 m high ceiling, and in the upper floors the office spaces have partly been reno- vated. On the roof of the building there are solar panels covering a total area of 500 m2 that are owned by a third party.
The single-storey auxiliary buildings measure 186 m2 and 112 m2. The complex has an excellent location that can easily be accessed by goods vehicles and has good logistical connections.
