This building was constructed at the end of the 19th century as a residential mansion with a large wine cellar by the Windischgraetz family. The villa, which has an interesting architectural design, was completely refurbished in 2002 and can be used in its entirety. It has been regu- larly maintained (cleaned, aired, heated), is fitted with an alarm and equipped with all neces- sary installations to ensure comfortable living. The villa, which is intended both for residential and commercial use, stands on a gently inclined plot of land, not far from the town while also providing privacy. The land includes a maintained park and is surrounded by a wrought iron fence, built on a concrete pedestal and measures 2.5 m in height.
