The buildings will have a basement, a ground floor and a first floor, with two apartments and one flat, and a gross area of 537.46 m2 in each building. The total area of the buildings is 2,687.30 m2 ac- cording to the building permit. The land on the slope has access from a local road, suitable for cars and goods vehicles.
