Company is Slovenian Tier1/ Tier2 automotive supplier of high-pressure aluminium die casting (HDPC) and machining products with an independent tool workshop and forging unit. It has undergone financial deleveraging in 2020 and has invested in digitalization, automation and machine park to improve productivity and comply with the highest quality standards required in the automotive business, allowing them to cooperate with the biggest OEMs globally. Company generates cca. 80% of its revenues in the automotive industry, based on existing contracts and new nominations, which have already been agreed, sales growth is expected by 2025. 20% of the revenues (generated mainly by forging unit) are not connected with automotive industry. Export to EU countries generates 96% sales. Business results in 2020 and 2021 are below planned due to COVID-19, surge in raw material prices and issues with semiconductors.
